This modern space is equipped with kitchenette (no oven or cook top), queen size bed, sofa lounge and small dining table. The property is ideal for 2 Adults and 2 children however the sofa will fit two extra adults if you choose. This property is just 30 - 40 minutes drive to Thredbo or Perisher so you can enjoy simple style accommodation all year round.

Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

Historic Old Cobbin Homestead < 5mins to Jindabyne

In 1864 Old Cobbin Homestead was built on 55 acres by station owner Mr James Thompson. A certain A.B. (Banjo) Paterson is known to be a friend and guest of the original owner. As featured in Country Style Dream Stays, The Homestead is cosy and warm and has undergone a beautiful and sympathetic restoration. 30 minutes to Thredbo and Perisher. 5 minutes to Jindabyne. Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living.

Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Our menu includes pizzas and slow cooked meals freshly prepared in our farm kitchen. Guests can walk or mountain bike around the farm and enjoy our amazing views and abundant wildlife.
