The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Styled with a Mediterranean influence, this comfortable, generously appointed apartment located directly on the sea front offers you the perfect space in which to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik. The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Great Location in Dubrovnik Walk to the Beach

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in Lapad, the heart of Dubrovnik. Lapad is a residential center of Dubrovnik with green and calm surroundings, excellent beaches and restaurants. Charming apartment Tricia*Terrace*Bus at Doorstep*

Couples' favourite! Charming and fully equipped studio apartment in the center of Dubrovnik, only 15-20 minutes walk from the historical Old town and just few steps to the seaside of the Port area . The sandy Bellevue Beach is 10 minutes away while Gruž Ferry Port and the Main Bus Terminal are about 1 km from Tricia. Bus station is in front of the building and it's a 5 minutes ride to the Old town. This apartment offers everything you need for your lovely and memorable holiday!

a Happy Home - above the beach

Welcome home in Dubrovnik! You will feel the serenity, the peace, the special ambience, you will feel arrived and relaxed. Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. Apartment is located in the family house in very peaceful and safe neighborhood surrounded by other family houses, 20 minutes walking distance from the crowd, heat and noise of Old Town (1800 meters). Bus station and supermarket are 5-7 minutes away as well as Dubrovnik business center with banks, posts, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, ferry to islands Korcula, Hvar and Brac and open market with fresh local fruits and vegetables.

Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.

WHITE MAGIC for relaxed holiday

White magic apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik's medieval core in region called Dubrovnik historic gardens. It is situated on the slopes overlooking the center, giving you the splendid view over the town and surrounding sea. All travelers are welcome. Even furry ones ;-)
