Pink Oleander apartment (terrace / free parking)

Pink Oleander is easy accessable self catering apartment in the one of the most attractive areas in Dubrovnik, less than fifteen minutes walking to the Old town and five minutes to the beach. This place is ideal one for those who doesn't want to be inside the city walls but likes to be near to the heart of events. I love my house because of the unique location and relaxing atmosphere. This is not just an apartment, this is the place with lots of happy memories. So come and make yours !

The studio apartment is located 15 minutes walk from the Old Town, 25 minutes walk from the Lapad Bay and 6 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.
