The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

La casa está situada en Sobrestany , un pequeño núcleo de antiguas casas de payés, en el municipio de Torroella de Montgrí en el Empordanet, Girona-Costa Brava-Catalunya. Este vecindario se encuentra a un paso del Parc Natural del Montgrí, las Illes Medes y el BaixTer y a pocos km de las playas de l'Escala y Montgó. Un jardín con plantas autóctonas y una zona de párking privado se encuentran frente a la casa. La casa de tres plantas, tiene una entrada con un pequeño jardín y una pérgola.

Nuestro apartamento os va a encantar porque es muy acogedor ,de unos 80 metros cuadrados con vistas increibles desde la terraza, de 40 metros cuadrados,se puede ver desde los pirineos a las gavarres...todo el valle del rio Ter. Situado en pueblo rural a 5 min. de la playa
