Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Standalone Private Studio

Quiet and cozy standalone guesthouse with private entrance and self check-in. No contact with other guests, no spaces are shared — everything is entirely for your private use. Features a queen-size bed ideal for couples, an additional sofa bed can be provided for the third guest to sleep on. A/C and heating, work desk, fan, and smoke detector. Enjoy a private kitchen for light cooking, a walk-in shower, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Large windows provide plenty of natural light.

COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Relax in a peaceful private garden studio with its own entrance, ideal for couples, solo travelers, or LAX layovers. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, backyard garden access, and easy access to LAX, Disneyland, shops, and restaurants. The studio includes a kitchenette, a whole-house water filter, and a comfortable space to unwind after travel or sightseeing. Attached to the back of the main house, it is fully private with its own entrance. Available for same-day and last-minute stays.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

This comfortable suite offers a private entrance and free private parking. Located on the east side of Pasadena, it boasts convenient transportation options and an easy lifestyle. The Metro station is within 15-minute walk away. The area is surrounded by numerous supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants. Please note that a washer and dryer are not provided.
