We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Villa Manola by Istrialux

*Groups of young people under 26 are not allowed. Located just 4 km from the pebble beaches and turquoise sea of Rabac, Villa Manola is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The villa is in the small settlement of Ripenda, near Labin, offering complete privacy. The fully fenced property features a 38 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating. The outdoor dining area and barbecue are ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Das Haus Pisurinka und Pool sind komplett zur Alleinnutzung. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und SAT-TV, 2 Badezimmer, Wohnbereich und völlig ausgestattete Küche. Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf Paradiž, 7 km vom Labin entfernt (15 km zum Strand (Rabac)).

L'appartamento si trova a 1200 metri dalla spiaggia ed a 500m dal villaggio Beli. Subito sotto la casa si trova il Pansion Tramontana (ristorante). Abbiamo il parcheggio apposito per i nostri ospiti. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina.
