We’re a dog friendly 2 brm en-suite, full private upstairs space above the garage with beautiful ever-changing views of the mountains. It is on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over 1 acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics. Quiet and comfortable, 2 bedroom guesthouse just outside of town, will be your home away from home. Full kitchen/ bath, radiant floor heat, on-demand hot water so everyone gets a hot shower. Fully stocked kitchen, we are happy to accommodate special requests if possible. Easily accessible with ample adjacent parking. Coded lock provides convenient check-in. Located on a peaceful, dead-end dirt road, just minutes to the Bozeman amenities we love. We have chickens and a docile rooster.

Hillman Homestead, rural, spacious in and out

Relax with the whole family in this rural setting stay. This place is great for larger groups and longer stays. The large kitchen and lots of room inside and out makes it easy to stay in and not stress with going into town. Outside is 1 acre of fenced yard. A concrete pad with a dining area that is perfect for summer dinners. Extra points for spotting the wild turkeys or the longhorn cows from the covered patio! 12 minute scenic drive to the airport. Get comfy on the large oversized couch with queen size Ottoman, that serves as another bed! Enjoy our new addition on the patio looking out to the beautiful view out back, along with the fire pit table to sit around eating and enjoying the MT outdoors! Bozeman Hot springs wonderful for soaking and live music most nights. Chico Hot Springs also divine!

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.
