Live like an LA celebrity in this gated mini mansion with fabulous 180° views. Grill on the super-sized BBQ, hang out in the hot tub, or gather round the big indoor fireplace. All this, plus space galore, a playground area, and a meditation deck. This home features a large, open living room with dramatic views. Gourmet kitchen with formal dining entertainment. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite bedrooms. The master has a spectacular view of the city, beautiful bathroom with generous walk-in closets.3 car gated garage, outdoor sitting area, play ground area, meditation decks and one of a kind views of the city The entire home and backyard is available to guests. You are welcome to use all appliances, cook, and store your personal items in the fridge/closets etc. Host will be available on call for any question or concern. The house is in the heart of Hollywood Hills but in a quiet area. It's an easy bike ride downhill to the Center of Sunset Boulevard. Some of the best restaurants in the whole of LA are in the vicinity as well. comfortable gated parking for 3 cars and additional street parking-no permit needed. The house is one of two on a Cul-de-sac. House Located in the heart of sunset boulevard, close to many celebrity houses, you can hike down the hill to the center of sunset boulevard straight to the Andaz , Mondrian or the Standard Hotel.best restaurants are with close proximity but yet the house is completely secluded and privet. entire property is gated and there is no access from the street.

Vacation House with Pool

We welcome you at our amazing home with lots of room for fun. Only 5 minutes to Universal Studios, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, close to entertainment district and and large shopping center on Ventura Blvd. Enjoy private gated front yard, large pool, outside playground, gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace and game room with ping-pong table by the pool area. Starbucks and pizza is 3 min away. Our vacation home is very private and is located on a quiet cul-de sac street.
