Welcome to 'Iris Cottage" a modern 1950's style cottage in name sake of my belated mother. Iris cottage has been furnished to have a homely atmosphere for families, couples, business, country or international travelers who are looking for an easy access centrally located comfortable long & short stay accommodation. Located Caboolture North in close proximity to the train station, Bruce & D'aguilar highways, showgrounds, Bribie Island, Sunshine Coast & Glasshouse Mountains tourist attractions.

Caloundra Coastal apartment/studio

Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Valley View

Valley View enjoys very pleasant views including wildlife. I offer a fully renovated private home with independent living. Valley View is a smoke free zone - This applies to the whole property. Valley View is 3.5 Kls from Ocean View Estate function centre. I am happy to host bridal parties and may be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect? Closed Circuit TV monitors the front driveway and pathway. No other monitors are applicable to the Airbnb space.

Enjoy the sweeping views of the valley overlooking Sarah's hobby farm on the large deck and entertaining area inc. BBQ facilities. Roast marshmallows over your own personal fire-pit at night. Twice daily animal feeding and experiences for the Children led by Sarah your hostess.

Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway or families wanting space for the children to explore, all the while being close to the beach, restaurants and shops. A family of kangaroos regularly graze right at the house and kookaburras can be heard in the trees.

Kookaburra Cottage is a purpose built, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom house, nestled among the rain forest trees on a 4.5-acre property overlooking a small lake. Relax and unwind on the large deck and soak up the sounds of nature in this peaceful and tranquil bush setting. The property is close to town, the golf course and Baroon Pocket Dam.
