Clean and Modern Sarasota Studio

Our studio is private, comfortable, stylish, & efficient. Whether you are coming for business or leisure, we are sure you will have everything you need. Our home is newer (built in 2020) and we designed this space specifically with Airbnb guests in mind. Our neighborhood is central to almost all of Sarasota! We were born and raised here, and in our opinion this area is central to everything! Whether you are headed to Siesta, Myakka State Park, or UTC mall, you won't be driving for long!

Off I-75 exit 210. one bedroom apartment tucked away on 5 acres Sarasota. 5 minutes off I -75 in a private neighborhood 8 minutes from restaurants and shops at University Town Center and 20-30 mins from Siesta Key and Lido Beach. Has 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment has a queen size bed. Living room with love seat, TV. Equipped with a refrigerator, double burner cook top, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave.The apartment also has a washer and dryer and a carport for parking No pets!

This location is * 8.6 * miles from Siesta Key Beach 18-22 min drive Entire upstairs private in-law suite sleeps (4) people (king bed & queen pullout couch) w/ bathroom, & kitchenette. I live on the property AND have a ADDITIONAL UNIT which is located directly below this room for rent. Shared areas for all guests are pool/hot tub, patio, and garage areas. The pool/hot tub operate within hours listed. The “stove” listed is a hot plate with three burners.

Come stay in this private studio with its own fenced in patio in the back! Has shared washer and dryer. New Queen bed ,pullout couch (twin). gas grill,toaster oven/airfryer, microwave , hot plate for cooking and full fridge plus ac unit. Rainfall showerhead and river stones on shower floor. beach chairs ,towels available. Off street parking in driveway. The famous, huge fresh market " Detweilers" is only 1.5 miles away
