Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Thoughtfully equipped with all you'll need for a relaxing 'get-away-from-it-all' break at any time of year. Interesting places to visit and easy access to the coast.

We are well off the beaten track in a secluded haven of Suffolk countryside. With easy access to the coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh etc, the majestic and cosmopolitan city of Norwich and historic Bury St. Edmunds. Enjoy a relaxing and very tranquil stay, enjoy drinks and dinner on the deck and explore wonderful Waveney Valley.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

Under 2 hours from London and an hour from Cambridge, we are 3.5 miles from the historic town of Eye, which has grocery stores, butcher's and a fantastic deli. Rural, yet under a mile away from two of the best food pubs in Mid-Suffolk, you will be staying in the heart of the East Anglian countryside surrounded by fields, woodland and wildlife.

There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

The Nook

The Nook is a cosy self contained accommodation with Kingsize bed, En-Suite shower room and Kitchenette with double Air-Fryer, Toaster, full size Larder fridge and Microwave-Grill oven. The parking is private to enable you to come and go as you please. There are beautiful views across the fields to meadows with horses grazing. From the property there is direct access to a Public Footpath, from here you can walk for miles in almost every direction. Debenham village is about a mile away.

Tucked away in the village of Bedfield, ‘Little Daisy’ offers a relaxed, tranquil setting in the heart of Suffolk. Within easy reach of historic Framlingham and further east, Aldeburgh and Southwold; an ideal base to explore Suffolk. Perfect for weddings at Easton Grange, Tannington Hall, Bruisyard Hall, Crowfield Hall, Little Daisy is a small, private, ground floor space equipped with everything you need.
