Located within walking distance of many restaurants, retail outlets and a gym it is also a 5 minute drive from the town centre as well as having direct routes to Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more via the A6, B530 and A421 which leads to the M1 junction 13.

The surrounding countryside is perfect for woodland walks, cycling, and four-legged friends are very welcome.
