Luxury accommodation, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Built in 1864 and overlooking the village green, Honeypot Cottage is a peaceful, characterful home filled with cosy corners and delightful touches throughout. Curl up on the colourful sofas with a good book or by the log burner for a warm, inviting evening. There’s a comfortable spot to work or catch up on emails, plus a secluded garden and sunny courtyard to unwind in. The surrounding countryside is perfect for woodland walks, cycling, and four-legged friends are very welcome.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Old Piggery - tranquil garden guest cottage

A spacious and well-appointed guest house set in a beautiful garden in the heart of the Cambridgeshire village of Hail Weston. The property is dog-friendly and gives easy access to country walks and cycling (it is on National Cycle route 12) but is still only a 10 minute drive from St Neots train station with direct links to London and only a half hour bus or car drive to historic Cambridge. Also, a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the market town of St Neots.

Guests will have the ground floor of the cottage to themselves, comprising of a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The downstairs can be isolated by guest locking the bedroom and living room doors. The upstairs of the cottage is used by the hosts ( home office) - this is accessed via the front door. Our aim is to ensure guests have total privacy in the ground floor of the cottage.
