You can bike directly from the house to the Tunnel Vision Trail (Ridgeline Retreat) located down the street. Golf courses, tennis courts, minigolf, and the BV Rec Center are all within biking distance. Play ping pong or pool in the garage or relax on the back porch. Family friendly with TV's in all rooms. Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, or the Bentonville Square is 15 minutes away.

Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 mowed acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
