Stunning fully renovated 1970 partial A frame cottage in the woods! Set privately on four acres with a stream and meandering stone walls, the cottage is modern yet rustic, with a mid century decor. Main floor has living room with beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas operated), kitchen, bathroom, and an office with a desk and twin bed. Second floor has master bedroom with queen size bed and a separate loft area with desk. Great place to relax in nature - a perfect couple's getaway!

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.
