Charming village house St Jeannet (30 m from Nice)

"Maison des Oliviers" is a charming, authentic village house, with a private garden and parking right outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Maison Elena, historical Village Cottage old town

Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

Maisonnette indépendante avec jacuzzi et piscine

Maisonnette en pierre dans la propriété du propriétaire avec accès indépendant, jardin, piscine et jacuzzi. Sur la Côte d'Azur, à Roquebrune-Cap Martin, dans un cadre de verdure, à 10 minutes de Menton et Monaco, location pour 2/3 personnes . Beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur (jardin véranda ping pong et table pour manger dehors l'été). Idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région loin de la confusion du bord de mer, mais avec tous les conforts et la proximité de la ville et des plages.

La BERGERIE

En pleine nature, La Bergerie vous propose 35 M² plus salon de jardin. Il y a deux locations identiques sur site qui vous sont proposées. La piscine est au milieu d'oliviers centenaires offre une vue sur la vallée, elle est à partager. Les locations se trouvent dans une propriété agricole en bio: les Vergers du Paillon. L'exploitation agricole est séparée de l'espace dédié aux séjours touristiques. Nous acceptons les compagnons à 4 pattes mais, en principe, avec une petite majoration.

A spacious house with a stunning terrace overlooking the Côte d'Azur, in the historic village of St Jeannet, situated in the foothills of the Alpes Maritimes. Nestled against the famous Baou de St Jeannet the house is designed for indoor/outdoor living: patio dining, garden loungers, and an exterior shower with views stretching from Italy to the Var. In a quiet part of the village, local shops/restaurants are close-by. Mountain/valley walks also near, and the coast a short drive.

Bergerie ancienne du XVIIIème siècle au cœur d'une forêt classée et au calme absolu, avec piscine chauffée du 1er Avril au 31 Octobre, jacuzzi, salle de billard, baby-foot, terrain de pétanque, chemins de randonnée...

Come and enjoy this pretty two-room apartment located between Monaco and Menton in a residential area. You will love this apartment surrounded by greenery which has a garden and which is 1.5 km from the beaches of Carnolès. Completely renovated and comfortable, the apartment has air conditioning and a parking space. A little out of the way, a vehicle is recommended for your stay.

Nature retreat with a private pool

Take a break and unwind in our cozy family cottage, just 15 minutes from the heart of Nice. We created this little getaway for our daughter and her family to enjoy some peace and quiet, along with the garden and pool, whenever they visit Nice.
