There is a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax that is collected a few days prior to our guests check in date if you booked prior to January 14, 2026-it will come in the form of a "request payment" PS City ID# of PS 3959 & TOT ID# 8346.

ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.

This spacious and stylish condo has 3 bedrooms, living room with wood burning fireplace, full size kitchen and a great space to gather with friends and family after hitting the slopes or hanging at the lake. This condo sits in the heart of Big Bear and is known for the great location. We are dog-friendly!

Our home is a mile from the lake and San Moritz Lodge. Our place is ideal for those enjoying weddings and events at the lodge, hiking and enjoying lake activities. We are 18 miles from skiing and snowboarding.

It has a very comfortable king bed in the main bedroom area, with its own en-suite large bathroom, with a twin single bed in the small bedroom that connects to its own bathroom. This Suite opens up to the shared courtyard with outdoor kitchen, bar and dining, and when you walk through the breezeway, you will get to the shared outdoor space with pool, spa and firepit.
