There is a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax that is collected a few days prior to our guests check in date if you booked prior to January 14, 2026-it will come in the form of a "request payment" PS City ID# of PS 3959 & TOT ID# 8346.

If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. Our home is a mile from the lake and San Moritz Lodge. Our place is ideal for those enjoying weddings and events at the lodge, hiking and enjoying lake activities. We are 18 miles from skiing and snowboarding.
