Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Ce spacieux appartement remis à neuf situé en plein centre-ville, est un bijou de la French Riviera. Son emplacement est idéal de par sa beauté et sa proximité avec tous les points d'intérêts alentours: - La superbe place de la ville avec ses cafés et restaurants au pied de l'appartement - Petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer - 3min à pied de la gare et du supermarché - 5min à pied de la mer, du port et du casino - 5min à pied du début de la promenade Rouvier, une balade à couper le souffle.

La maison d'Isidore

La maison d'Isidore, située entre Nice (15 km) et Monaco (8 km) est une partie de notre maison avec une entrée séparée totalement indépendante. Le duplex climatisé comprend une kitchenette totalement équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Devant l'entrée une petite table permet de manger à l'ombre de la glycine. A l'étage, une chambre et une salle de bain auxquelles on accède par un petit escalier. Une baie vitrée dans la chambre donne accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue mer sur la baie de Eze.
