Newly furnished, well-equipped studio apartment over garage next to a 3 bedroom home (also an Airbnb rental) w/neighborhood pool & community dock on Taylor's Creek close to the historic downtown Beaufort waterfront. Community pickleball courts, fitness center & clubhouse in the Beaucoast planned community. Property runs off a solar array. Due to zoning restrictions, this property is only available when the whole house is not booked, so availability is typically last minute and sporadic.

Sip coffee, then do a little yoga on our extensive, beautiful, green turfed recreational patio right by the water. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
