Located in SC- you can enjoy all the amenities the outdoors has to offer on this 5+ acre private island. You will be surrounded by palm trees and views of the marsh. As you explore the island you will enjoy the live oaks and abundant life the waters have to offer. Equipped with a deepwater private dock- you can bring your own boat or bring your fishing poles to catch dinner off the dock!

There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.

It is parked right next to a 3/4 acre pond with Egrets, Herons, Ducks, Turtles, Fish and much more wildlife. The property is 5 acres and is 2 miles from Bluffton and 4 miles from Hilton Head Is. There are other animals on the property with horses, goats, pigs, and all kinds of little critters. Come stay for a quite private getaway in the woods.
