Walk to the Beach - Oceanside Resort 2BR Condo

Your Hilton Head Island beach getaway! Our condo, located at Hilton Head Resort, has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Our unit is in building 3 which includes a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, and fitness center. The resort also has two outdoor pools, Cocos on the Beach for food and drinks (March-October), a pool bar, island deli, tennis courts, pickleball, and beach volleyball. Seasonal shuttle (March-Sept.) will take you to the beach or take a scenic 10 minute walk from our unit.

Fishing, kayaking or paddel boarding (equipment provided), or just relax on one of the docks or porches.

Lovely 3 BR home on #2 tee of the Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Near tennis/pickleball center, general store, & restaurants. Newer pool and spa. Quartz countertops. Two King BRs, 3rd BR with 2 Queens. Flat screen TVs, cable, ROKU in all BRs. Doorbell cam at front door porch with recording capability for host/guest safety. Beach access @ Omni resort and the Dunes House a 5-10 min ride by bike or 15 min walk. Beach towels/umbrellas/chairs not provided. Pool/spa heat for extra fee.

This 2nd floor villa has breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Walk to Coligny! Two bedroom suites (new mattresses and ceiling fans), with separate renovated baths. Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer.
