Happy Summer Time

Jim and Kathi have created a welcoming Little Country Inn on their mini farm. The Western theme lends a warm welcome and comfortable space for guests. The lovely 2-bedroom brick cottage boasts a spacious living area with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom, and a large country kitchen. The inn sleeps five people, and the large fenced-in yard is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the country sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and turkeys that roam the grounds.

Tiny woodland Craftsman cottage, private setting nestled on 6 acres. Walking trail with beautiful lake view. Perfect location to rest & unplug. Ideal for plein air painting. Horse shoes, campfire pit, grill & picnic table. Parking for boats. Near beautiful Lake DeGray (nature & water activities) & 30 miles of mountain bike trails. 2 miles north of I-30 & restaurants, 7 miles to historic Arkadelphia, AR & 30 to Hot Springs, Oak Lawn race track, Bath House row, plentiful dining & shopping.

White Oak Lake House w/private dock

Peaceful getaway at cozy 2-story lake house with private dock in back yard on white oak lake with boat launch two houses down to access boatlaunch great fishing or hunting area. Local state parks very close by to explore; Little Grand Canyon, Poison springs battleground, White oak lake state park and crater of diamonds park. Nineteen minutes from Camden main town area and 10minutes to Chidester town area. 2-bedrms, 2-living rooms, 1-kitchen, 2-bath, and large covered porch deck overlooking lake

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

This newly constructed, spacious property offers stylish and modern comfort for any traveler. With hardwood floors throughout, the welcoming entrance flows into an open floor plan with a cozy living area and fully functional kitchen, and the central hallway leads to a modern bathroom between two private bedrooms. The laundry room located behind the kitchen leads to a great back patio, a large back yard, and a paved driveway, all surrounded by a privacy fence in a convenient location.

Clean private bedroom and bath

Recently remodeled room with hardwood floors, private entrance, and private bathroom. Easy access through an exterior door on the back patio with 3 steps. There are no shared spaces with the rest of the house where host lives. Located in the Berg neighborhood with a wooded area behind the house and low traffic streets that are easily walkable. Minutes away from the Trace - a two mile paved walking/biking trail that takes you to downtown Camden with several restaurants. Queen bed.

White Oak Lake Farm House

1970's Full upstairs 3 bed/1 bath ranch house on working farm (see pics) - Fully equipped kitchen/bath. Basement occupied by elderly man with all separate facilities. Basement can be locked from upstairs by pushing in the door knob. Laundry is in basement. [Hunting] Bordered on 3 sides by public hunting land (22,000 acres) [Boating and Fishing] (2) private ponds, White Oak Lake & Bragg Lake nearby [Outdoor Recreation] White Oak Lake State Park; Poison Springs State Park

The Yachov House

The Yachov is a 54’ x 8’6” custom tiny-home conversion with shiplap walls, detailed wood ceilings, and cozy charm. It features 2 queen bedrooms, a full kitchen/living area, a half bath, and three porches plus a gravel patio and fire pit. The master bedroom overlooks the large pond with its own private deck. Stocked with high-end linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen, The Yachov sits on a peaceful 80-acre farm just 15 miles from town—perfect for a quiet country getaway.

Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

This spacious mid century modern home was built in 1963. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that dead ends on both ends of the street. Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
