This 250 sq ft marvel features a king-size sleeping loft with a rolling library ladder, a queen Murphy bed, a fully-stocked kitchen with premium filtered tap water, outdoor bar and fire ring, spa-like bathroom, and a dining table that doubles as a standing desk. Tons of storage, shelving and plenty of closet space. Just 20 mins from Downtown, nestled in lush nature 200 ft from the street. Private, cozily sleeps 4 in short-term stays and 2 for long-term. Chickens, too!

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Features a sitting area with flatscreen TV & streaming services, tiled shower with rain style shower head, & kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, dishes, & small fridge with filtered water dispenser. Hangers and hand steamer available in dresser. Private entrance and lockbox allow guests to come and go as they please. Parking available in driveway. 420 friendly outside the house (no smoking or vaping inside).

Located just a short walk away from the light-rail which can take you to many restaurants, breweries and attractions. There is plenty of free street parking, generally right in front of the unit. We are usually home on the property and are available to assist when necessary.
