Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

Kobuk’s Kabin: Clean, Comfy, and Dog-Friendly

Woof, hi, I’m Kobuk the Saint Bernard! Welcome to my log cabin! It’s super cozy, away from the downtown hustle-bustle, and a short walk to the beautiful 16-mile Lost Lake Trail, where I love to hike, wade in streams, and roll in snow. My dog-friendly cabin is in a popular all-season adventure spot for mountain/snow bikers, trail runners, backcountry/cross-country skiers, and snowmachiners. Pack your gear and come on over! We even have room for parking boats and snowmachine trailers.

Bear Lake Cabin in the Woods

Located 10 minutes from the Seward harbor, shops and restaurants. You can enjoy a reprieve from the busyness and excitement of town in our peaceful woods, while being walking distance from the lake and near the Bear Lake trailhead. Our studio cabin has a queen bed downstairs in the main area and also a loft with two twin beds. And a bedroom upstairs with a queen. It boasts a fully functional kitchen and bathroom. The cabin is heated by an oil stove and can have an odor.

Alaska Alpine Meadow Retreat - Lower Unit*

Our cozy guesthouse property was brand new in August 2018!! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This lower unit "Meadow" is a one-bedroom and sleeps up to three people, has a full kitchen, full bath, and living space with pull-out twin loveseat. The upper 2-bedroom unit "Alpine" is also available to rent!

Locally made log cabin.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits.

MountainTop Cabin

We completed construction in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel, but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Wil's Cabin

Beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms and large sleeping loft with 6 beds. Amazing 360 degree view at the treetops. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. No dogs without permission, and please message me about this first. We have WiFi now. No parties, strict outside quiet hours are at 9:30.

A Cedar Suite

Kick back in this peaceful, adorable, cedar, private home. Relax on the roomy deck and watch for local wildlife. Head out back and roast a hot dog over the fire pit. There is a large bedroom with a very comfy Alaska King bed. Walk the quiet roads and see the beautiful mountains in all directions. Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.
