Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Charming terrace in the heart of Bray village

Our lovely victorian terraced home is perfectly situated for all the fine dining that the charming village of Bray has to offer. The Michelin 3-starred Waterside Inn and Fat Duck are a few mins walk away as are the Crown Inn, Hinds Head and Caldesi. Stroll 15 mins more and you’ll find the recently renovated Monkey Island Estate. A short drive and you can be at either Ascot or Windsor Races, Cliveden House, Legoland, the village of Cookham or the beautiful river Thames towns of Marlow or Henley

A character cottage, tucked away, in the heart of gastronomic Bray - renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurants: The Waterside, The Fat Duck, the Hind's Head and Caldesi, all within easy walking distance of the cottage. Lych Cottage is a two-bed semi-detached property, completed to a high standard. It provides a stylish place to stay for those wishing to enjoy the comforts of home whilst availing themselves of the local amenities. The first night's stay includes a continental breakfast.

Nestled within a 2,400 acre country estate and surrounded by beautiful woodland, this property boasts all the benefits of the countryside whilst being a prime location approx 40 minutes drive from central London with easy access from the M40. Guests can enjoy use of their very own private outdoor hot tub whilst taking in the fresh country air. Free onsite parking.

The Stables, Little Marlow

A fabulous, converted barn, located in the very desirable village of Little Marlow, Bucks. The property is set within 3/4 acre for your private use and has it's own private driveway + parking. The interior has underfloor heating, a wood burning stove, panelled walls, en-suite, and a family bathroom. Little Marlow has been in numerous Midsomer Murder TV series. The village has two pubs, a cricket ground and a church. The property is a 10 min walk to the river Thames. AONB & cons. area

Luxury self-contained annexe on the edge of the Chilterns, situated in the peaceful countryside which can be enjoyed from the hot tub, yet only 5 mins to the M40, 15 mins to Oxford Park & Ride & 15 mins to the station with trains to London taking 45 mins. It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Stunning One Bedroom Annex

The annex is very cosy. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to all places in Buckinghamshire as well as to London. The location is very peaceful.

The Barn at The Grove

The Barn is a self-contained recently converted space in the heart of the Chilterns. It is close to the riverside towns of Henley-on-Thames and Marlow and the surrounding Chiltern countryside. It is located on the edge of the village of Frieth with nearby farm shops and local gastro-pubs within a 5 min drive. The Barn is in a private and peaceful location with off-street parking. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small families.

We are situated in the pretty rural village of Shabbington, just outside the market town of Thame, and surrounded by the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire countryside. We are ideally placed for those wishing to visit local attractions such as Bicester Village, Oxford, Waddesdon Manor and Blenheim Palace.

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.
