It has a wood-burning stove, shower, toilet, hand basin, butler sink, double bed, table, chairs inside & out, plenty of storage space,, far-reaching views, parking. Only 1-hour drive from London. If you fancy country living at its best, this is the place. One well behaved dog is included with guest fee.

Welcome to our charming home. Free parking is available in front of the house and on our quiet street, fully fenced garden and rooms accommodating up to 6 guests. Our well insulated house has newly fitted central heating in all rooms and bathrooms. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy super fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Sky sports, Netflix. The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

Enjoy its convenient location to mainline train stations and the A3 whilst surrounded by woodland tranquility and National Trust walks. The villages of Grayshott and Churt lie within walking distance with their pubs, cafes, restaurants and characterful shops, whilst slightly further afield lie bustling Farnham, Haslemere, Midhurst and Petworth.

The Annex, Hindhead

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.

Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two. Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.
