Completely renovated villa, with Jacuzzi in Chayofa. The villa consists of two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, a large space dedicated to the kitchen and living room, with an exceptional sea view. Terrace with table, chairs, wooden pergola and sun loungers. Garden of about 300 m2, full of plants, a sunbathing area with loungers and chairs, umbrellas and a fantastic heated swimming pool with hydromassage .Guests can also use the large shared swimming pool which is located right in front .

El ático está en la 3ª planta de la vivienda familiar,es muy cómodo e íntimo,las estancias son amplias,limpias y luminosas.Pueden disfrutar de una terraza exterior privada de unos 70 mts. es nuevo y su decoración es campestre;tiene vitrocerámica,lavadora,nevera,horno microondas,batidora,plancha,secador de pelo,ventilador, tendedero, wifi, paraguas y parasol para la playa y ANTENA PARABÓLICA.Dispone de mucha luz natural además de buena ventilación en todas las estancias.Plazas de parkin gratis.

Lotus villa

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to Playa de Las Americas and the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall where you can buy all that you need like food (fresh fish and meat), clothes, shoes and with a nice food-court. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security.

Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.
