This cozy two-bedroom apartment in Long Beach Island, NJ, is just 1.5 blocks from the beach and offers a relaxing getaway. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with one bedroom featuring a full-size bed and the other equipped with bunk beds (full-size bottom, twin-size top). Enjoy a partial ocean view from the balcony, and unwind in a space with light green tones in the bedrooms and sunny yellow accents in the living room. Perfect for a beachside retreat with family or friends!

Brand New Construction from 2024. Ocean side townhome with five bedrooms, three full/two half baths and an elevator. The ground floor offers a heated private pool(closed until June 2026), outdoor shower with full patio. Large garage has foosball, shuffleboard, table tennis, secondary refrigerator. The third floor is a large open concept with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Large kitchen deck for grilling and covered table seating. Enjoy beautiful sunset and bay views from the roof deck.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Island Beach Home - In-law Suite (1Br)

This spacious private In-law Suite is located within a luxurious home and features a private entrance, furnished Living room, complete Kitchen, a Master Bedroom, and a Master Bathroom. There is also a patio. It is located on the North end of Brigantine Island in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find the Brigantine golf course and beach (1 mile). Just over the bridge is an abundance of Casinos with various entertainment and numerous restaurants.

Enjoy the ocean and bay staying in Brant Beach. A short 2 minute walk to the entrance of a guarded ocean beach, or a short 5 minute drive to the guarded bay beach! This newly renovated 2 bd, 1 bath sleeps 4 people. The unit has all updated appliances, a deck with a weber grill, perfect for your summer and fall vacation! Need an extra bed? The second living space has futon. This unit is part of a triplex house, laundry is on site and 1 off street parking spot.
