Welcome to our home! Beautiful 2 bedroom home with huge private front yard & BBQ and immaculate kitchen. It’s where we fell in love and got married in our yard! Now we offer it as a full time AirB&B for locals & guests to enjoy.❤️ 5 min from Montana De Oro & centrally placed for all coastal adventures. We are 15 miles from San Luis Obispo. Paso Robles, wine country, is 40 min NE & Pismo Beach is 20 min south. Los Osos is a quiet bedroom community w/ great hiking & walking trails & restaurants.

The Boathouse Cottage Waterfront Morro Bay

“The Boathouse Cottage” is perfect for a romantic getaway or just relaxing with a great view. It is located directly on the gorgeous Bayfront of Morro Bay, on a Bayfront dock. Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

Offers a great open kitchen recently remodeled, a large deck, New gas fireplace, comfortable bedrooms, a 2-car garage, and it is only a short walk to the incomparable Elfin Forest! This home is only one story, so all bedrooms, baths and living space is single level once you walk up the entry stairs. This house has no Air conditioning. However it does have ceiling fans in kitchen and Master bedroom. You will be requested the city's 10% TOT tax after

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy. Vacation Rental Permit # 104038
