Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Inch Island is known for its stunning, peaceful nature and renowned bird watching. Our property dates back to the 1600s when it operated as a farm. Our basement library is a book lover’s dream, featuring an extensive collection of books both old and new. There are also board games and large collection of DVD´S with a TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy a peaceful break set in a tranquil location overlooking the Derryveagh Mountains and Sheephaven Bay. With Ards Forest Park, Glenveagh National Park and Castle, Doe Castle, award winning restaurants and countless beautiful beaches within a 20 minute drive, this charming tiny home is a great base to explore from. Rosapenna Villa is a beautiful 3 storey house located at Downings, 4 bedrooms and sleeping 8 guests and with a stunning view of the Beach - what more could you want? Our house has a lot to offer for couples, family gatherings and friendly catch ups. Located behind the Rosaapenna hotel, it is set between two sandy beaches: Downings and Tramore. It has a striking view of and is set in an area of natural beauties. It is a great place to get away to relax and unwind.

Margaret's Cabin – hot tub facing Mulroy Bay

A log cabin for two on a quiet smallholding above Mulroy Bay, named for Davey John's eldest daughter, Margaret. Chalet warmth with a darker, more textured palette: a heather feature wall, a navy velvet sofa, a McNutt of Donegal tweed headboard. The covered deck has a private hot tub that looks straight out across the bay. There's a hot-stone sauna kept just for our guests, and a games room across the courtyard. Five minutes from Downings and the Rosapenna links.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
