Enjoy the views, lakefront property, amenities, water activities on site such as a swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks, and dock with all bills and maintenance paid. This is a 4300 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, private office, and 2 laundry areas. This is a monthly rental with a 30 day minimum stay. Close to Space Center Houston and NASA Johnson Space Center 5 miles, Kemah Boardwalk 4 miles, and on the waterfront. Not for parties or events. Single family residence by deed restrictions.
