A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome. Parkdale Railway Station on the Frankston line has been upgraded and is fully functional. With foliage it will be perfect! Even the lifts are now working. Unique one bedroom dairy conversion

Recently renovated, this unique, one bedroom historic property is situated in the rear corner of what was once the Oakleigh Dairy. Close to public transport, great coffee, shops, parks and bike paths it a wonderful destination in itself, or springboard to all that Melbourne has to offer. Access the dairy by going up the driveway into no 2/53. It is on the right hand side. Our house is the red weatherboard one on the left. The house at the front, 1/53, is a private residence.

We use solar power and have our own water tank to ensure we limit our environmental footprint.
