On Island Time

Beautifully located duplex in the tree lined Harbor Island community of Wrightsville Beach. Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream

This Listing is for The loft over the garage, You have a private entrance that leads up the stairs to your door, A private yard with a hot tub for your use only. Enter into tranquility in this beautifully decorated home only 2 1/2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, NC! Sitting perfectly on the green of hole #3 of the Inland Greens Golf Course, which is a challenging par 3 course. Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.
