Sunrise Villa sits in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a quarter mile from Palma Sola Bay and 5 miles from the quaint island of Anna Maria and its sandy white beaches. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.
