Ideally located in the Village of the Arts amongst dozens of art galleries, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. For example, The Adobe Lounge offers coffee and kava and is only a 2 minute walk. Downtown Bradenton is mile away (a 3 minute drive, 20 min walk) with its own collection of breakfast cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars, a brilliant farmers market, and a beautiful riverwalk.
