we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog while in the area for the McLean Ave parade - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Matched the description and photos. Clean, spacious, welcoming. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Asiye was kind and very responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, and on the day of our check-out, she also let us store our luggage. The amenities were more than sufficient.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

it was such an amazing location and incredibly welcoming home. it was well stocked and extremely comfortable. It has a small town feel but was minutes away from conveniences like Walmart. It even had a full air mattress which we did not expect but was incredibly helpful! so grateful to have found this place and would use it again in a heartbeat!

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time in Ali's apartment. It's very spacious and extremely tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything. Ali and Bartrek were very responsive and gracious hosts. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AVE. My two grandchildren had a great time as well. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds my expectations. Really. I will definitely be returning to AVE. And I will also recommend AVE Clifton to my friends and family.

Excellent stay at the Ave. Second time there. Easy check in and clean/spacious apartment that was well appointed.

Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Convenient way to stay with my family of 6 and 3 small dogs. Very clean and modern. I saved a lot of money for a 3 day vacation which looks better than a hotel.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great place to stay. Nice & cozy. Just as described. In such a great neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Great if you have kids traveling with you like we did, since there’s a park walking distance. Easy to find parking the earlier you get there. Travel to Manhattan & Brooklyn very easy via the bus/metro. Natalia was very responsive, helpful, and gave us so many great recommendations for places to check out in the area. Definitely recommend and plan on staying again in the future!!

Great value for the price! Ty was really communicative and flexible with us. The place was really comfortable and convenient, lots of places around and only 10 minutes away from de 167th St Station. Loved the bed and appliances. Would definitely book again.
