Lovely Countryside Coach Cottage - Matfield

Located at the edge of the charming village of Matfield, with great countryside walks and the village's 2 great pubs. This is the perfect location to get away from it all, or explore the Kent & Sussex countryside, the local wine farms, the Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and only a 45-minute drive to Hastings and the South Coast. Arranged over 1 floor with lounge, kitchen/diner, bedroom, bathroom and summer room on to patio and beautiful enclosed cottage garden. We are child and pet friendly.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Little Pook

Escape to the Sussex countryside. Little Pook is surrounded by beautiful open farmland, fields and woodland with the Sussex border path on its doorstep. Ideally situated for walking or cycling. Little Pook is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A wide range of outdoor attractions locally. Bewl Water, Bedgebury National Pinetum Forest and wonderful National trust properties. The South Downs, Beachy Head are only a 40 min drive. A great choice of local country pubs.

The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

Fantastic flat in the ancient Pantiles neighbourhood of Tunbridge Wells, close to the pedestrian Promenade of Royal Wells with its wide variety of boutique stores, cafés and restaurants. On the Walks, you can savour an outside meal or refreshing beverage. near the King Charles Martyr Church and the sundial/clocktower. Additionally, there are numerous excellent hikes and the well-known Wellington Rocks across from Tunbridge Wells Common. The flat is on the 2nd floor of Broadwater House.
