Beautiful apt with a balcony & gorgeous ocean view, nice living room w/TVs in LR& BR. Directly on the beach with big pool too! Chairs were provided, but we opted to rent a one umbrella and two chaise lounges on the beach - easy and inexpensive ($20). Used the provided cooler and purchased some frozen bags of ice, and it was perfect. Apt had everything needed, grocery shopped nearby at Pueblo, maintained some breakfast items & snacks in the apt. Underground, indoor parking space a big plus since we rented a car. Location is excellent, easy driving distance to everything. Super walkable to the El San Juan Hotel (10 min). The only issue was two power outages in PR. Common areas all have light, working elevators, and the apt had water for showers, the toilet worked fine, plus a couple of battery lights were provided for nighttime. We spent one day at the mall (which had full power), and another at the beach so it was fine. Definitely recommend and will return! Thank you Beatrice!

What an amazing stay we had at Beatriz and Victors Airbnb! This is a beautiful sub penthouse on the 21st floor with panoramic views of the San Juan coastline. Unit is a very large studio with an amazing layout, fully renovated top to bottom tulum style. Balcony is breathtaking with a hanging chair, kitchen is brand new with washer/dryer, beds and linens are cozy. Couldn’t recommend this place more, wish it wasn’t booked and we could stay a few more nights!

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The neighborhood was incredibly calm and safe, which made for a peaceful stay which was extremely important to me during my extended stay with my family. Plus, the convenience of a walkable supermarket nearby was a huge plus and the location puts you at about 1-3 hrs to every part of the island if you are looking to travel outside of Levittown. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. The location is very safe. The pool area is beautiful and the beach as well. Rosemara was a great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being part of a memorable vacation.

Jenniffer’s place was perfect for our group vacation. Every one of our girls on our girls trip got their own bed and had plenty of personal space. Jenniffer was super responsive and attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we got recommendations and assistance. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. 10/10 will stay again!

Great location close to the beach . Enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s beach house. Hope to stay again soon.
