Our 4 bed/2 bath Italian villa style home is located on the South side of Orlando in a lovely quiet upscale community. You can enjoy the private screened pool and paved deck with a scenic miniature lake view to soak up the Florida sunlights, relax and play Pac-Man or Pingpong game with family or friends in the game room. Easy access to Orlando airport and the Orange County Convention Center, Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Orlando Premium Outlet stores, Sunset Walk Shopping area.

Welcome to Kissimmee, and a beautiful 4bd 2 bath fully updated house with screened heated pool, 20 minutes drive to Disney and 25 min drive to Universal studios! No Stairs!-Beside Pool-No Rear Neighbors!

Our home’s location CANNOT be BEAT! It’s not only a mere 1.5 miles to the entrance to Disney World (do you know how important that is? Have you heard about Disney traffic!?), but it’s also right BESIDE the Oakwater Resort POOL, spa, children’s playground, splash pad, clubhouse & tennis courts. No futons or pull-out couches to fuss with. REAL beds for everyone! NO STAIRS! This means our space is perfect for kids or older adults. Every member of the family will enjoy our home!
