We are within walking distance to the Skerwink Trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe and Fisher's Loft. Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

The Howard House Daniel’s Cove

A serene Newfoundland retreat, surrounded by nature and the rugged beauty of the Atlantic coast, this historic house at the tip of the Avalon Peninsula. Built in 1908, the house was lovingly restored in 2018, maintaining much of its original features and construction, highlighting the simple but elegant architectural styles of Newfoundland at the beginning of the 20th century. A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

Northern Bay Beach House

Northern Bay Beach House is located on the east coast of Newfoundland in the community of Northern Bay, home to Northern Bay Sands! Northern Bay Beach House is perched on the cliffs overlooking the beach and is just 100 steps from the sand.
