Entire Granary barn cottage with large living area, two bedrooms, own garden space and parking. Set in a beautiful countryside location with distant sea views. Close to the coastal towns of Bexhill, St Leonard’s and Hastings. Local RSPB woodland and countryside walks. Flexible sleeping accommodation to suit a family of four or two couples. Located in Crowhurst, close to 1066 historic town of Battle. London and coastal town travel by train. Station to property is a 7 minute walk via footpath.

Cosy one bedroom Grade 2 listed Country Cottage.

A charming, Grade 2 listed country cottage, dating from the 1700’s. Located in the village of Sedlescombe, which retains its charm of an old English village, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Recently renovated, the cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. With underfloor heating in the bespoke wet room & a magnificent copper style bath in the bedroom. Whilst downstairs the cosy sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove & the spacious kitchen leads to a courtyard garden.

Secret and Secluded Sedlescombe Hideaway

The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. Wood fired hot tub is an additional charge. Payable at check in.

Little Moo Barn, loft in Battle.

Escape to the beautiful Battle countryside and enjoy a peaceful stay in our private loft-style home. Set close to our property, the barn has its own garden and seating area. Surrounded by rolling fields and walking routes, it’s the perfect place to relax. The cosy loft has restricted headroom due to the eaves. We provide tea and coffee facilities, fridge and TV. 1 double bedroom, separate sitting room and shower room. You will be 5 min drive or 20 min walk across the fields from Battle.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Battle’s sweet retreat

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.

Oast House near Battle

We can accommodate up to 10 adults. Large living area and full kitchen facilities. Ideal for a civilised family celebration. Quiet location with a large garden and beautiful views over the countryside. We have many family celebrations here but the property is not suitable for very loud parties as we have neighbours to consider. Hot tub available with a fee of £100 per stay payable on your arrival.

1 Abbey View Cottages, Battle, East Sussex

1 Abbey View makes up part of a beautifully converted barn on a working farm in Battle. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a good sized living area. There is outside space with a BBQ for alfresco dining with plenty of space to sit, enjoy with friends or just to relax and take in the countryside views
