This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

My engineer enjoyed his stay and would stay again . The parking space was very much appreciated. The house was clean, spacious and very homely. Access to the house was easy and George was an excellent host.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Het is erg ruim en mooi. De kleine binnenplaats is ook erg fijn om in te zitten bij mooi weer. Marc reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Alleen de bedden zouden beter kunnen. Het ene bed heeft harde springveren en het andere zakt in het midden in. Maar voor de rest is het een heerlijke plek!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a lovely week at Alison's lovely bothy. Very spacious, light. Had everything we needed for our stay. Central to many local sights, locations and gardens - all within 30 minutes drive. Nearby shops and restaurants, pubs.. A great base to explore mid Sussex. Alison and Nigel were great & friendly hosts.

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

The house is very well-maintained and looks like new. Susan is generous, providing us with all the cooking ingredients. She quickly responded to our requests and communication. The panoramic view from the living room is stunning. It is a wonderful place to spend our holiday.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Lovely apartment in a great location close to the Old Town with a good selection of restaurants and the seafront. Long stay car park really near the property so parked the car and mostly walked every where during our stay. Looking forward to a return visit.
