Well located for Lewes, The South Downs, Glyndebourne, Firle and Ashdown Forest. Hot shower, Woodburner, Gas fired BBQ, Solar powered electricity(please note that this not powerful enough to charge higher voltage electrical equipment such as a laptop, hairdryer or hair tongs etc. Fire pit, Camping stove, quality bedding.

We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Studio

The Studio is very pretty & secluded so you feel that is nothing else around you ,it's so peacefull & quiet .when you enter inside you have a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities with washer dryer ,aside the kitchen is a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower soft towels ,toilet & basin,the living area has comfortable armchairs & a wall bed with beautifully linen & tastefully decorated white walls ,there is also a log fire which is supplied with logs for the winter.

Handcrafted Hop pickers shepherds hut perfect for either a romantic break or a well deserved escape from the bustle of life. Experience nature in luxury, sit in your hot tub and enjoy the views and country living. You are in your own private space. You have full use of your own private hot tub. The shepherds hut has a inside kitchenette, bathroom, a full size double bed and log burner. Outside has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, lay z spa hot tub and seating area.

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The yurt is beautifully furnished with futon beds, a wood burning stove, candle lanterns and solar powered fairy lights, we have electricity and plugs, its perfect for a truly romantic weekend or a family adventure.
