Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Salamanca Getaway Battery Point offers a stylish experience in this centrally located area. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Hobart's Salamanca Place, Hobart waterfront, and Hobart CBD. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has stove top. An Air Fryer can be supplied for bookings over 5 nights if requested prior to arrival. The apartment is over 2 levels, please consider this if you have mobility issues.

Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.
