The Coal House -

The Coal House is a unique building with a style of its own! Originally the out buildings to Georges Cottage, it stands on its own plot with private parking and outdoor courtyard. It is situated in a small village lying between the River Trent and A1. Recently repurposed, the Coal house is open plan, all on one level with everything you need in a home from home. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.
