A living room of 40 m2 with 2 sofas and 4 armchairs,a large library and a wall in freestones. 1 coffee-table,1 commode louis XV .Télevision, phone and wifi. 1 kitchen with a table for 4 people, equiped with fridge,1 dishwasher,1 stove,microwave,coffee machine,electic kettle,4 kitchen chair. 1 bathroom with a large window: 2 washbassins, bathtub/shower, washing machine and machine to dry. Enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris while the pace and relax after each typical day in a cosy apartement. The area is very well served by bus and etro. Superbe appartement haussmannien, rénové par un architecte, décoration design, offrant calme et tranquillité sur cour pour 2 personnes. Ascenseur et lit queen size. Idéalement situé sur le « Square Trousseau », à proximité du célèbre marché d'Aligre et du Marais. Nombreux excellents restaurants, bars à vins.Métro ligne 8 à 2 minutes. Parc arboré en face de l'immeuble. Quartier vivant, central et très bien desservi. J'essaie d’accorder de la flexibilité à mes touristes pour les check-ins/outs.
