A living room of 40 m2 with 2 sofas and 4 armchairs,a large library and a wall in freestones. 1 coffee-table,1 commode louis XV .Télevision, phone and wifi. 1 kitchen with a table for 4 people, equiped with fridge,1 dishwasher,1 stove,microwave,coffee machine,electic kettle,4 kitchen chair. 1 bathroom with a large window: 2 washbassins, bathtub/shower, washing machine and machine to dry. Enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris while the pace and relax after each typical day in a cosy apartement. The area is very well served by bus and etro. On foot you can discover the Marais, many museums,(Picasso, Carnavalet, Victor Hugo),many shops, restaurants, cinémas without forgetting the Opera Bastille. A unique experience for you.

L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Charme et confort au deuxième étage d'un immeuble du 16ème siècle (troisième étage pour les Américains), dans une impasse calme et pourtant en plein centre de Paris. Poutres apparentes, tomettes, décoration contemporaine, oeuvres d'art du monde entier, grand séjour de 50m2, 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau, quartier vivant et commerçant, tous transports à proximité. Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble moderne tout confort et très calme, il offre une vue dégagée sur l'Est parisien. Vous profiterez des levés de soleil dans toute leur splendeur grâce à la grande verrière. D'une surface de 47m2, l'appartement reçoit 2 personnes. Il dispose d'une grande pièce de vie, une cuisine équipée, un coin nuit, une salle de bain et des toilettes séparés et d'une belle terrasse aménagée. Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.
