This home is a very bright and sunny, entrance-level apartment with two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom can be set up as either a home office or a bedroom, depending on your needs. It features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals, and an L-shaped patio that wraps around the apartment, offering a peaceful view of nature from the back patio. A grocery store and several restaurants are about a 5-minute drive away. Båstad Harbor is approximately a 12-minute drive from the home.

Parkera bilen bekvämt utanför fastigheten och promenera till allt som byn har att erbjuda. Vakna upp i sovrummet och möts av utsikten av den glimrande Hallandsåsen! I sovrummet finnes dubbelsäng samt förvaring och det öppna vardagsrummet erbjuder en rymlig bäddsoffa för två.

Välkommen till denna välplanerade lägenhet som har en uteplats i söderläge med sol hela dagen. Här har du nära till den härliga sandstranden i Mellbystrand, till restauranger men också till sköna löpslingor i det närliggande naturreservatet Hökafältet. I boendet finns täcke och kudde till samtliga sängar men inga lakan och handdukar.
