Mon appartement de 50m dispose de 2 chambres (l'une avec un lit king size et la deuxième avec un 160), un salon/salle à manger, une salle d’eau et des WC séparés. Décoré avec gout, l'appartement situé au 1er étage sur cour des 2 cotés offre un emplacement de choix, le 4eme arrondissement de Paris. Le coin cuisine est totalement équipé. Bien que très central, le quartier est très calme et bénéficie de tous les transports à quelques minutes à pieds. Un vrai cocon dans le coeur du coeur de Paris !

Superbe appartement haussmannien, rénové par un architecte, décoration design, offrant calme et tranquillité sur cour pour 2 personnes. Ascenseur et lit queen size. Idéalement situé sur le « Square Trousseau », à proximité du célèbre marché d'Aligre et du Marais. Nombreux excellents restaurants, bars à vins.Métro ligne 8 à 2 minutes. Parc arboré en face de l'immeuble. Quartier vivant, central et très bien desservi. J'essaie d’accorder de la flexibilité à mes touristes pour les check-ins/outs.

Welcome to my 22 m2 apartment, located on the 5th floor WITHOUT lift, in Paris 3rd with a view of the Parisian rooftops, in the heart of the Marais and its many bars, shops and restaurants and museums, and a stone's throw from the historic Place des Vosges (3min). The apartment has a TV and a WIFI Fiber connection. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and its bathroom. It can accommodate up to 2 people. A professional cleaning is carried out before each stay.
