Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

La Rosa di Venezia - the best place to live Venice

Luxury apartment in the very heart of Venice, 200 meters from St Mark's Square. It's my and my wife's second home that we're renting out when not being able to use it ourselves. Precious furniture with antiques and original works of art - treating everything with care is mandatory. You'll never forget the canal view from our balcony, which represents Venice at its best. The apartment is full of light and sun (which is rare in a medieval city). Marble bathroom, elevator, fully equipped kitchen.

Ottima sistemazione per una fuga romantica nel cuore della splendida Venezia. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un antico palazzo a cinque minuti a piedi dal famosissimo Ponte di Rialto. Ideale per chi desideri soggiornare con ogni comodità nel centro storico della città. Strategico in quanto vicino ad ogni luogo di maggior interesse, molto ben servito dai vaporetti, troverete l'imbarazzo della scelta nel decidere cosa visitare e dove andare a gustare le 'delizie tipiche veneziane'.
