There is a flatscreen with netflix that you can watch in bed or on our large velvet sofa. Enjoy all year round luxury; great for country walks/pubs, Bike trails and easy access to Newbury, A34 and Highclere castle.

Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.
